We ensure flexible employment for your workforce by offering contractors the option of being employed as PAYG or as a Pty Limited entity with salary packaging options available to them.

Oncore can assist with collection and verification of Pty Ltd contractor’s invoices against approved timesheets prior to payment of these contractors, mitigating financial risk to your agency. For those operating under a Pty Ltd model, Oncore can assist with required insurance cover at the contractor’s expense. In addition, we will manage legislation and insurances for your agency and employment obligations for your PAYG contractors.
